HART has a number of projects coming online as part of our strategic technology plan efforts:
Telephone Systems Upgrade: we are in the process of collecting quotes from vendors to upgrade our current phone system from a traditional PBX to a hosted or premise-based VoIP system. Goal is to get high quality system that delivers consistantly on our needs and is cost effective over the long run.
IT Maintenance & Security: we are in the process of collecting quotes from vendors to assess, streamline, and maintain our IT systems and help us get to the cloud
Website Enhancement: we are working to identify a vendor to help us take our good-looking website to another level by allowing us to update more pages in house and allow for program participants to register online for programs/services.
Database Development & Implementation: we have identified a vendor to help us develop an organizational database that will allow us to collect information across programs and analysis it.
Training: we are in the process to identify vendors to help/support our staff in utilizing the technology we currently have and the new one coming on line.

Here are some of LARCC's projects:
•	Update computer software & hardware
•	Update & integrate social media
•	Complete online index of judicial decisions about housing law
•	Purchase design software
I guess our helpful tip is: research! Make certain that any hardware or software you're considering purchasing works with your current system.
